Warranty Coverage

Lighting Fixtures: JutuLight fixtures come with a 2-year warranty, ensuring no defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty applies to the original owner of the lighting fixtures and is non-transferable.

LED Bulbs: The LED bulbs from JutuLight are provided as a gift and are not subject to any additional charges, therefore they are not covered under warranty.

Covered Items

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, including:

• Wiring errors
• Switch failures
• Loose or damaged parts
• Corrosion
• Paint or finish defects

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents, including:

• Improper installation
• Power surges or electrical spikes
• Exposure to extreme temperatures or weather conditions
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications

Shipping Policy

A. Shipping Fees

All orders are eligible for free shipping.

B. Shipping, Handling, and Order Cutoff Time

Generally, shipping takes between 25 to 32 days (Monday to Sunday).

Order processing time is 3 to 10 business days (Monday to Sunday).

Refund Policy

A. 30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• The item must be in the same condition as when you received it;
• The item must be unused and unworn;
• The item must have its original tags and packaging;
• You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

B. Return Process

If your return request is accepted, we will provide a return label and instructions on how and where to send the product back. The inspection process will take approximately 1-7 business days.

Once we receive your return, we will process your refund. Returns sent to us without prior request will not be accepted.
